Terms and Conditions

Contact Consultants undertake to provide services at the prices shown on the website. If there is any change to the prices quoted, the customer will be advised prior to any work being carried out. Customers are invoiced per job (unless otherwise agreed) and terms are as follows:

  For consultancy services invoice terms are 15 days from date of invoice
  For hardware supply invoice terms are upon delivery and installation
  For software creation and design invoice terms are upon completion, installation and handover of the licence to the client.
  Hardware purchased on a clients behalf will have the original manufacturers warranty which we will ensure is in the clients name.

If an invoice becomes more than 14 days overdue then Contact Consultants will send a reminder for payment.

Non payment of invoices that are not under dispute will be passed to a third party credit agency for collection - this may incur an additional cost to the customer.

Contact Consultants and all employees of Contact Consultants work to the guidelines specified in the Data Protection Act.
