At Contact Consultants our policy is to NOT tie our customers into expensive service contracts. Instead we keep a running total in minutes of any work carried out on your behalf and give you one invoice each month for the total amount of work done. We will always advise you if the work you require is subject to a charge. Telephone support for general queries will not be charged for. Our price for work carried out remotely on your PC is charged at £30.00 per hour (£34.50 inc VAT).
